Delivered as Promised I needed to get my Hyundai purchased trailer hitch installed while I waited. My service attendant (Rose) was very friendly and helpful. Not willing to go the extra mile Took my Hyundai in for a recall/upgrade. My car is under warranty and has been making a strange popping noise in the rear. It makes it frequently and Took my Hyundai in for a recall/upgrade. My car is under warranty and has been making a strange popping noise in the rear. It makes it frequently and would be easy to discover what it is in the shop where one can see underneath the car easily. The service representative said I would have to pay $137.00 for an overall check to see what it is. If the noise was something to be warranty covered, then the fee would be waived. So, I am expected to take time out of my day to bring my vehicle in for a recall/ upgrade from the manufacturer, but they can't just check out a noise without charging me as long as I was there? Ideal could use a little customer service training. You lost me. More
