While doing the service, they discovered that I needed rear brakes. He promptly called me to inform of this and gave me an estimated before I gave permission for the service. Easy buying experience. Helpful service department. I purchased a new GMC Canyon from Ideal and the buying experience was easy and painless. Ken Cooper was easy to deal with and not pushy at all when it I purchased a new GMC Canyon from Ideal and the buying experience was easy and painless. Ken Cooper was easy to deal with and not pushy at all when it came to making the sale. I highly recommend him. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars was due to the truck only coming with one set of keys since it was transferred from another dealership. Ideal ordered a new key and FOB free of charge, however, after spending two hours at the service department they advised me the FOB was the wrong FOB and they needed to order a new one. After third trip down and another two hours spent in the service department, the new FOB was again, unable to be programed. The service department was very apologetic and did not want to waste anymore of my time so they tracked down a third FOB and had success. This was no fault of Ideal's and they were very helpful throughout the entire ordeal, just bad luck on my part. Overall the experience at Ideal was great. More

Not customer service I cannot get good service at this dealership. Have had 4 negative experiences with a former service technician. He left and so I tried again told the I cannot get good service at this dealership. Have had 4 negative experiences with a former service technician. He left and so I tried again told the technician I want my oil changed and not my tires rotated this time. When I get my car and the bill, the tires have been rotated. Very frustrated and wish there was a closer dealership. More
