Dennis Love has got to be the most underutilized tech in the business. Extremely smart believes in Test Not Guess not one of these techs that throws parts at the problem and hopes he fixes issue . Here is my update: The service manager Mike personally reached out to me and went wheel, but this site will not let me update the original post. Here is my update: The service manager Mike personally reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right. He even had someone come to my house, pick up my car, replace the steering wheel, and bring it back to me so I would not be inconvenienced. The shop also took care of a recall at the same time which I greatly appreciated. Updated to 4 stars. More
Worst Service Center Ever. I had a new car that was due for it's first oil change. After taking it in the engine completely seized up. At first was told nothing was eve I had a new car that was due for it's first oil change. After taking it in the engine completely seized up. At first was told nothing was even wrong with the car, but upon further inspection, they determined that the entire engine assembly needed to be replaced. Fast forward a few months and now I need to take my car in for the safety recall. They have cancelled 2 appointments on me. I finally received a voicemail, saying they won't service my vehicle for a SAFETY RECALL!!!! More
