May Not Come As Advertised! My wife and I recently purchased a used 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from Ideal Hyundai. As a disclaimer, I would say the overall experience was good My wife and I recently purchased a used 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from Ideal Hyundai. As a disclaimer, I would say the overall experience was good. One thing that made the buying experience less than "ideal" was that the car was advertised incorrectly online and the management at the dealership was not helpful and unwilling to compensate for the false advertising. We didn't even receive an apology from management for driving an hour to see a car that didn't match its description. The actual salesman was very friendly though. In the end, it was the level of customer service that he provided that was the deciding factor. I would still recommend this dealership as it was probably an honest mistake, but make sure to confirm that any used car comes as advertised before making the trip to this or any dealer. More
