Great Salesperson - Ken Cooper My salesperson, Ken Cooper, was extremely helpful during the initial process and after the purchase. When we were home, we found a few minor scratche My salesperson, Ken Cooper, was extremely helpful during the initial process and after the purchase. When we were home, we found a few minor scratches on the wheel and driver door chrome. Ken made arrangements to have this addressed by the service people in a very timely fashion. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased at Idea. At no time was a salesperson pushy or aggressive. That is one reason why we returned to idea.
