The best experence buying a car I have owned a Mazda most of my driving career. The first one I bought was a Mazda Protege I bought it from Ontario Mazda and it was a really great e I have owned a Mazda most of my driving career. The car got 250000 miles on it then I went back to Ontario and bought a Protege hatch back and that went for ever and the dealer was great to deal with. I then bought a Mazda 2 from Holtz in Henrietta again a great car. The sales staff treated me good, but not as good as I was treated at Ontario. I was looking for a nw car and I went back to Holtz, but it was now called Market Place Mazda. It was the worst experence I had ever had buying a car. I left there and decided to drive all the out to Ontario again. I am glad I did not. I went to Ide. I encountered a very helpful sales person named Mark Cassata. He did everything possible to hepl me make my purchase. The Man who worked on getting the car financed was amazing and the dealer was an amazing place. I had a good experence at Ontario Mazda but Ide was much better. It was the greatest. I left there loving my car and very thankful for the staff for helping me so much and working hard to get me the car I was looking for More

We visited the dealership to test drive a Mazda 3. We had called ahead to let us know what car we were interested in and Mike Reese was waiting for us when we got there with the car all ready to go. We decided to also drive a Mazda 6 which Mike promptly got for us. After the test drive, we decided we liked the Mazda 6 better and Mike was able to quickly negotiate us an excellent price so we agreed to take delivery the next day. After signing the paperwork, we were introduced to the service manager who scheduled us for our first oil change (lifetime oil changes included in the price!) We are extremely happy with the friendly, no pressure sales experience. We will be recommending Dick Ide to our friends and family. More
