Mike was great and when I was done, he showed me how to open my gas and front hood doors. The blades were under warranty since my car had 683 miles on it (I got it on Dec 10 but have not driven much due to my recent surgery). I definitely will return to Ide Honda for any future service for my FIT. I also received a follow-up call and again I can't remember her name but she was great. Jim Milella looked at his schedule and stated he should be able to complete the service in just over an hour if I wanted to stay and relax in the excellent service center waiting room. He was very helpful to my Mother, who was not looking forward to taking her car in to the deale Russ Vandewall was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained exactly what needed to be done and even gave her a rental car so she could go home for the day rather than spending hours waiting for the work to be completed. When I called to talk with him about the bill and payment options, he was very responsive and was ready to do whatever he could to help. I know my Mom will be going back to this dealership in the future to service her car and I am very happy to know that she has an honest person like Russ to help her out and give her good guidance and advice.
