I've gotten reasonable pricing, credit toward services, reliable communication and quality outcomes. I was shocked that they contacted me after I was told a year ago that they would not contact me again. They were constantly calling me at all hours of the day, and a e-mail just about every day. I had a almost impossible time to get them to stop. It has been confirmed to me that the service department decided it would be I good idea to give them my e-mail address so they could start bothering me all over again. What is really interesting to me is that their privacy policy and their website both say that is not the type of place they share your information with. I had a couple of time to speak to Mr Ide, but he just had the service manager call me. He seemed really annoyed with me and will no longer respond to my e-mails. I find this whole ordeal do be a beaking of the trust I had with them to safeguard my information. More

In particular, I have know Jim Milella all those years, and he is always my first best source of help and assistance for any car problem, even for my other non-Honda vehicle in the old days.
