I also asked the General Mgr Adam Weil a bought the screen display issues, He suggested that a recently announced software fix should resolve the issue. However, service writer James Milella stated no such software fix existed. I asked Mr. Milella what was causing the display screen blackouts, he stated "low voltage". A new battery should resolve the issue. I specifically asked Mr. Milella if there were any other customers experiencing this problem. He stated, "I have not seen this before". On June 7th the display screen completely went berserk, worse than ever. I took a video, and showed it to Mr. Milella, who stated, "unless we can duplicate the problem, there is nothing we can do". In my research this problem is very prevalent with new model CRV since its inception in 2017. The CRV Owners' Forum listed countless complaints since 2017. In fact, there is a class action lawsuit being initiated. On June 10th I contacted your office and spoke with customer service mgr's Kathryn and Maria (ext 87036);. Both told me unless the dealer can duplicate the problem, there is nothing that can be done. Video's are no help. In speaking with Maria, I asked her about the software fix (by the way she did "NOT" offer that solution; in fact she was very reluctant to talk about it). Her response to the software fix was that if our vehicle's serial number matches the recall, then and "ONLY THEN" will we receive the software fix. I reminded her that we have documented proof and a video proving that we are continually experiencing the issue. I do "NOT" want to join the class action lawsuit unless forced to. As loyal customers we are asking for your help in resolving this ongoing issue. More

In a recent service request, he personally pushed by disabled vehicle into the service bay, contacted the technician to review a complex problem. He provided a service car while I was able to perform a funeral at my church and return the following day to have my vehicle repaired under warrenty. He goes beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend Jim as the "best service Manager" in the country.. Thank you Jim for your continued personal and professional service. Father Matt Kawiak More

They still want to diagnose and charge $100 for nothing and avoid manufacturing defect. (2) back in March 2018 thier manchanic broke a spark coil pack hold down bolt, take the car back for diagnostic, all they say they did not touch it, even though they change the two plugs out and let the car left like that without fixing it or let the owner know about it. Avoid problem the creat and refuse to fix it, all they want is charge more money even clearly that they broke the bolt. Over charge $150 per hour!🤮 never want to deal with thier service manage, wast my time, rather take my car to a more honest small local shop, most of them only charge $75-$85 per hour and only do necessary fix. More

Fantastic experience from start to finish...... !!!! This was our second car from the Dick IDE team and our experience was better than the first. 3 times never again I've been to Dick IDE 3 times for service on my pilot. Its a lease and it had under 19,000 and they tried to tell me I needed to replace the brakes! 2 I've been to Dick IDE 3 times for service on my pilot. Its a lease and it had under 19,000 and they tried to tell me I needed to replace the brakes! 2nd time the service employee was talking bad about another customer in front of me and me 10 year daughter! 3x I came in for alignment and re-balance my snow tires. They did the alignment, but didn't balance my tires and charged me for it! they said it was they snow tires making my pilot shake. so i took it to Lovetro Automotive and they said that they were not balanced and they didn't even have weights on them!!!!!!! THANKS Dick IDE! I live in Penfield, but will take all my business to Ralph's Honda! you didn't earn my Business or Trust! More
Exceptional Customer Service and Fast work! Jim M. greeted me and was able to bring my car in right away. He was very accommodating and not pushy considering I just drove in.
