She even saved me $ 50.00 dollars on the service. But more impressive to me was when I explained to her that there seemed to be chips on my hood of my 2011 honda civic she explained she was not sure if it would be covered but would talk to service mgr - Mark Frey. He went above and beyond what I expected .He decided to correct issue as a 'good will jester '. I used to have a 2009 civic which I bought from another dealer. I had 4 separate damages to that car. People had hit me in parking lots and never left notes. Your body shop fixed 3 of them.I became so frustrated that I traded in that car to purchase my 2011 honda civic from Dick Ide solely on the exceptional service I received from dick ide's service dept. , especially from service mgr Mark Frey.I will continue to have all service done thru Dick Ide. You have a customer for life because you put myself,the customer first.I have told my family and friends about my experiences with Dick Ide and hope when the time comes they take my advice and purchase a car from Dick Ide. I stopped into Dick Ide Honda to look at the new 2012 Honda Civics. Brad Constantino (my sales consultant) described the new features of the Civic: Vehicle Stability Assist and a ECON mode that optimizes Honda Civics. A no pressure test drive was offered and a thorough review of the car was done. Brad spent 30 minutes with me reviewing all the features of the Honda Navigation System, including the points of interest screen that can locate Golf Courses. The exact model was not in stock, but as promised he sent me a text message in several days. I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic sedan EX with the navigation system. The car was spotless inside and out when I took delivery. Brad Constantino followed up with several phone calls to see if I had any questions or issues with the car.
