We have a 2007 Honda Odyssey and have always brought it to Dick Ide to have it serviced. We have been pleased with prompt service and easy scheduling. I just decided to write the review after our last visit for a NYS inspection on 11/30/12. On this day she did what she normally does; gets to us asap; gets us in and out in a timely manner; explains what needs to be done and then what was actually done; answers any questions we have. On 12/28/12, as I began to drive to work - which is 40 minutes from home, my steering wheel was shaking profusely. I turned the car around and headed to Dick Ide. After Linda took the time to test drive the car,(which turned out to be ice on the tires,)she stated that it would be a good idea for the car to be further inspected on the service lift. Linda's conscientiousness,and insights of the Accord's capabilities, helped to turn a negative situation into a positive one. Lastly, Linda further assisted my morning by ensuring that I left in a timely fashion, as my worksite is an hour away from the dealership. More
