She deserves a corner office, seats in the new bill's stadium and a raise! My review from when we purchased back in 2024... 5-star car buying experience start to finish! Our IDE Honda sales consultant, Jennifer Flammia, got us into a like new 2022 AWD Honda Pilot Special Edition, black on black with only 18k miles! She was friendly, positive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny, no pressure, and did i mention funny?! We were smiling and laughing the entire time. It was the opposite of going to the dentist. Try keeping a straight face when she busts out that big pen lol. Jenn with 2 n’s didn’t try to ride along with us on the test drive, which we appreciated. Instead, she just slapped a tag on the car, gave us a concise but thorough orientation to key features and said “go play, meet me back at my desk when you are done!” Jenn got us way more than we expected for our trade and even got the sales manager (Al G) to throw in the ASM, if you know you know. We opted for the cargo mat as well for full floor protection. When it came to delivery day, which oh btw she came in on friday, her day off, to deliver the car so we didn’t have to wait over the wkend, Jenn thought of everything. I liken it to being a highly rated uber driver who provides complimentary amenities to their clients or being an airbnb superhost. She had replacement velcro for our ezpass and a bottle opener on the keyfob - know your customer!! Business manager (Gerry) was great too. Got us a discount on no-deductible 6 year bumper-bumper extension and 7 years tire/wheel package from date of purchase. Total peace of mind at a reasonable price! More
