IDE Honda is located just a few miles from us. In 2015 we purchased our first Honda from them, and returned in 2025 to make our second purchase - a CR-V Hybrid. When my lease end date was approaching unfortunately I could not locate a new Honda in the color that I wanted so I went in a different direction with a new lease. We reached out to Melinda to see if turning in our current lease a few months early was an option. She not only made this possible, but she handled the entire transaction with ease and with very little effort on our part which is pretty rare nowadays. I decided it was time to buy a new car and bought a another Honda CRV. This is my third CRV and my second one from IDE Honda. I worked with Jennifer Flammia during my sales process and she was knowledgeable, very helpful, and even made it an enjoyable experience. She took the extra time to review and demonstrate the various new features of the CRV and explained how they work. Jennifer also went above and beyond the normal sales support. When I was driving in to get my new CRV, I was wondering where was I going to get a new mounting strip for my EZ Pass. Before I got to mention it to Jennifer, she asked if I had an EZ Pass and gave me a new mounting strip that she had purchased and provides to her customers as a convenience. She also said that in the future if my remote fob needs a new battery, to stop by her office because she has a stock of batteries and will replace it for me. After the sale Jennifer, followed up with me to make sure the installation of my accessories went smoothly and to answer any questions I might have. I would work with Jen again when I buy my next car and I highly recommend her. More
