Unhappy, Dissatisfied and Robbed by Infiniti! Unless you have excellent warranty, they will suggest unnecessary repairs, will quote one price and will charge you something else completely. I have always been a dedicated Infiniti user and I believe in going to the dealership for repairs. However, as my warranty expired, I found that the service changed. My service advisors became more like sales people, selling parts for my car that were absolutely not needed. Finally, on my last visit, I was quoted one price only to show up and find that an entirely different price was on the agenda. They are sheisty and are happy to take advantage of loyal paying customers. Their mission is to rob you blind if you keep coming back. They will waste your time and your money if you trust that they are working in your best interest. They received one star because zero was not an option! Never again! More
