Disappointed and angry I have been to this dealership numerous times and this was my second bad experience. Called for 1 day no one answered in service. So called the personal assistant they left two messages because they could not get an answer.. The next day they called me back, we got you appt. 4:30 next day.show up, pull up in service no one around 15 min. (I'm very patient) no one has yet to acknowledged me. I stopped man asked for help he said hold on 5min later another man pops out. Meanwhile both guys approach me like what am I doing there this is the service dept. no? He ask me who I'm there to see. I did not know, he's like oh sorry I got off at 5. It wasn't yet 5 I said can't you look it up in the computer so he did. Sorry no appt. He says would you like to make one. I showed him my confirmation # he's like we'll sorry can't help you besides we have no loaners. There was no customer service transaction here. More
