Nice car - bad service. Buy elsewhere! This is the least accommodating service center I have ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls. They don't accommodate your need Buy elsewhere! They don't respond to letters addressed to the owner. This is not my first Infiniti and it may not be my last, but I will definitely never buy from them again and by association any Shumacher dealership. More

Very Nice Service My service person was Candice and she was super nice! She told me that she would do her best to get me in & out in an hour, and she did. The only complaint I have is they had CNN on the TV and the room was full of very vocal men. I am all for the 1st amendment however in these times with the country so divided it might not be a good idea to put on the news channel. I had to sit there with my mouth shut and it was very uncomfortable for me. I noticed 2 other women went outside and I also ended up going outside so as not to listen to it. They were loud, obnoxious and rude. Perhaps (and this only a suggestion) you put the TV on a channel like HGTV or the like. I told someone who works there the same thing. The lease is up on my car in a month. I will be back and I hope the sales dept. is just as nice. More
