*BUYER BEWARE* Bait & Switch Scoundrels! False advertisers! I usually never bother to write a negative review if something is bad, but this really set me off. Lets start by saying that I am a cash buyer in the market to buy a used infiniti. I had found a car listed online by Schumacher Infinitis' website. It was exactly what I was looking for, from color, price, model, and features. So I call to make sure that this car was still available and, it "definitely was". I specifically told them I was coming in from out of town (a 4 hour drive one way) to test drive and likely purchase this car the next day. They said they will call me before I leave to let me know that it is still available and on the lot. And they did and said, "its definitely still available"! I said, "Great! I will be on my way tonight so I can view in the morning." So the person I spoke to on the phone (whose name is Anthony) said he will set my appointment for the morning with JP or Scott. And the car will be in front ready for test drive! Well, turns out I don't meet with JP or Scott, so I meet with Max. Next, I find out he can't find the car. Throughout the conversation and the waiting and waiting things start to smell funny. Then Max finds out from a person on the other end of the phone that the car was "delivered last night". I know from my experience in sales that the call in the office was probably staged! How does a dealership not know immediately what they have and what they don't? I was pissed! I took time off work, drove a total of 8 hours to Schumacher Infiniti to be sold another car that didn't come remotely close to what was advertised on their own website as well as third party websites. So I leave the dealership and I check their website immediately and find the car was taken off and replaced with a another one, a lesser model with less features, at the same price on the same link. I should have known the price was too good to be true on the original listing. I thought Infiniti was about having class!!! What xxxx these people are!! All they care about is misleading potential buyers to get you on their lot!!! Time to inform the BBB! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
Worst Dealership I Have Ever Been To... I wish there was a NEGATIVE ONE STAR! What a nightmare dealership... went out on a test drive and the salesman forgot to take the license plate. I'm p I wish there was a NEGATIVE ONE STAR! What a nightmare dealership... went out on a test drive and the salesman forgot to take the license plate. I'm pulled over and I detained 30 minutes and end up getting a warning ticket. Yes, that's right, I was driving so I got the warning ticket. The dealership was so rude about it like they didn't care. The salesperson was the biggest xx artist I ever met in any dealership and offered the worst deal of any Infiniti dealership. I ended up getting my car from Coconut Creek which is a first class operation. What a difference between the horrible sales manager at Inifiniti of Palm Beaches who is actually banned from.... well that's another story which I won't publicize but suffice it to say you can do a million times better at any other dealership. Oh, and Infiniti of Palm Beaches both my parents bought cars from you but after the way you treated me they will go to coconut creek on the next ones and they told their entire community about how badly you treated me. Also, the next time your general manager hangs up on someone complaining about getting a ticket you might want to think twice about treating your customers better. More

exceptional service! I recently moved to Florida. I did not have the relationship with the infiniti dealership in west palm like I had in new jersey. From the time I arriv I recently moved to Florida. I did not have the relationship with the infiniti dealership in west palm like I had in new jersey. From the time I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Adam took the time to listen to all of the features I was looking for in a new vehicle. I was having a difficult time deciding but Adam and Max were patient with me. I didn't feel pushed. After I decided to get the new car, they gave me a full tutorial of all the features including a second test drive to see how everything worked on the road. Adam personally introduced me to the service department. Management and finance departments were friendly. Overall I was very pleased with the service and knowing I can call on Adam anytime for help is a business relationship I appreciate. More

The sales team were all playing on their cell phones when we walked in to the dealership and no one, other than the receptionist greeted us when we came in. We had an appointment to see a sales person who was not there when we arrived so they stuck us with Adam. Adam was the most unprofessional, condescending, rude person we have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He knew nothing about the cars we wanted to test drive and was more concerned whether we were ready to "make a deal" the moment we sad down in the office. Actually those were the exact words he greater us with after he told us his name. He didn't even know what we were looking for, just wanted to make sure he had a "deal" before he wasted his time. After we did the test drive and sat down the lying and cheating began. Adam quoted "laws" in Florida that don't exist, values of cars are on market that were inaccurate (we had done our homework and brought documentation). Apparently this dealership does not like informed customers - it's harder to cheat them. We finally got up and left, drove to another dealership and purchased the same car with no issues or problems. We would NEVER consider EVER using this dealership or would EVER recommend this unprofessional lying cheating miserable dealership to anyone. ***As an aside....the next dealership was so wonderful, we decided to trade in both our cars and bought two new cars that day. To bad Adam -who I imagine works on commission- was to unprofessional to even ask what we wanted or needed****. STAY CLEAR. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCES AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS*** More

"we don't need you car on a trade in," take it some where else.. what an arrogant son of a b___! learned he was an assistant golf pro previously, 2+2 =4.. bet he won't be there in a month or two. what a jerk.. not a good representative for Mr. Schumacher.. Unhappy, Dissatisfied and Robbed by Infiniti! Unless you have excellent warranty, they will suggest unnecessary repairs, will quote one price and will charge you something else completely. I have always been a dedicated Infiniti user and I believe in going to the dealership for repairs. However, as my warranty expired, I found that the service changed. My service advisors became more like sales people, selling parts for my car that were absolutely not needed. Finally, on my last visit, I was quoted one price only to show up and find that an entirely different price was on the agenda. They are sheisty and are happy to take advantage of loyal paying customers. Their mission is to rob you blind if you keep coming back. They will waste your time and your money if you trust that they are working in your best interest. They received one star because zero was not an option! Never again! More
