I have worked with Nick S. whenever the car is in need of service. He is excellent. His customer service is exceptional. He goes above and beyond keeping me informed, having the car completed on time, inspecting and reviewing the service with me, and following up with me days later to confirm everything is still OK. This service included a challenge with the Transmission which was completed over two days. Nick kept me informed calling me concerning the issue and the correction. He is the guy I will wait to talk to and handle my wife's car when it needs a service or has a problem. Nick was out the day I picked it up. I was able to compare how good I have it with Nick. Nick told me over the phone to see his partner Chris N. and he would take care of it. WHen I knocked on Chris's door and entered, his face and demeanor said I was bothering him. I explained to him the situation and Nick had asked me to see him. He got up and walked out without saying anything. I didn't want to stay in his office so I went out to overhang to wait for him. He got back in 3 minutes and pointed to Okeechobee Blvd and said, You car is ready, it s over there. I couldnt see it and when I looked at him and said I dont see it, He said Its there pointing again. He shoved the service sheet into my hand and walked away. Forget about asking questions or explaining what happened at the service. When I found the car, It had all the plastic and paper in the car to protect during the service still in the car. I sat and reviewed the Service sheet. I thought it would be a waste to ask Chris so I decided that I should call Nick the following day. I dont write reviews. In this case I was sshown how excellent the service I get from Nick and what lousy service is from Chris. I m going to buy my next car from Palm Beach Infiniti due to the sales team for my wife's present car and continual discussions with Nick during my Service appointments. I will continually work with Nick since I know what excellent is from Him. More
