First off th BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES HERE! NOT THE INTERNET SALES PEOPLE, NOT THE SALESMEN & NOT THE MANAGERS! This place is a scam! First off they get you to come in on false premises and then raise the rate... Second they lie about how their trade ins work. Third, they offer you essentially dog crap to buy your car and make it seem like they're doing you a favor. Fourth, they don't follow through with anything. Oh someone is supposed to call you back? They won't.... Have issues with your brand new car right after you buy it? They don't care. Get charged for something you didn't consent to? THEY DON'T CARE & THEY WONT REIMBURSE YOU! In addition to all my ongoing issues with them, I found out that my salesmen never removed my old SunPass like he promised we would, and now I have all sorts of crazy charges on my bank account from SunPass. My salesman, MAX wouldn't fix the issue so I reached out to the manager and he suggested I go to SunPass... Even though it's the dealerships fault! He wouldn't take responsibility... They said they would remove it and they didn't, but now I'm the one paying for it! Ridiculous. Worst dealership experience of my life! More
