Fabulous service Raymond Graham was my service advisor. From the start he was very professional and yet caring with a smile. Since only having my car for a month Raymond Graham was my service advisor. From the start he was very professional and yet caring with a smile. Since only having my car for a month I had a few concerns and Raymond listened to each detail and provided over the top service! The "Thank you" card left in the vehicle is a very nice touch and fine detail. Raymond is certainly an asset to Infiniti. I will definitely arrange service with Raymond on my next visit. Thank you.
