Danny Solorzano, our Service Consultant, ignored his lunch hour to assist; had the car ready in exactly the time promised; went beyond the call of duty to reprogram my garage door electronics; gave me valuable information on changes coming to the car's wireless communication system; and explained clearly all the service performed. Mr. Solorzano won the National Infinity Service Consultant award twice because he personifies the Schumacher service commitment to excellence. I have had luxury vehicles most of my life and some brands were a dud on service. We are a two Infinity couple now close to riding into the sunset--grateful to Mr. Solorzano and all who make Infinity of the Palm Beaches exceptional. Dr. Stoppe More
Tamiko Reed I have been in and out of car dealerships all of my life, which is not a very short time. I purchased a used Infiniti at a Toyota dealership that was I have been in and out of car dealerships all of my life, which is not a very short time. I purchased a used Infiniti at a Toyota dealership that was still under warranty. I had a small issue so I visited Schumacher Infiniti. There I was greeted by Tamiko Reed, a very pleasant young lady, who inquired if she could help. As I was just looking for info re: a part, she did her best and then sent me to parts, who in turn sent me to the body shop, where my question was answered and determined I had a warranty issue. I returned to service where I was greeted by Tamiko Reed again. Tamiko worked extremely hard on my behalf to solve my problem immediately. Although she was not successful as the part was on backorder, the service that she gave me was extraordinary. The part is now on order. Thank you Tamiko Reed. More

Chris was assigned to be our Client Advisor. Chris is a very young man with high expectations for his future. He is well versed and full of knowledge of the auto industry, well mannered and resourceful. He listened carefully of what we wanted and not needed out of a car. Chris showed us all the vehicles that were available and pointed out the positives and negatives of the vehicles. He took us on a test drive. Although Chris is a young man, he drove very carefully with us. He made sure we all had our seatbelts on. He showed us how the vehicle maneuvered in different roads. Next, we went back to the office and discussed price. We traded in our car and we got a reasonable price for the trade in. We haggled a little bit on the price of the Infiniti and the trade. Chris came back from the manager's office and he gave us the lowest possible price that he could give us. He walked the extra mile for us to conclude the deal. We were happy with Chris with how he sold the car without giving us pressure. We concluded that it was a very fair price for the car and the trade in. We concluded the deal on the same day and drove away with the car. HE REALLY KNOCKED OUR PANTS AND SOCKS OFF! We were happy with the deal, especially when we said to ourselves before entering the dealership that we were just looking and pricing an Infiniti. He made my husband's dream come true. My Mom's Amazing Experience My mom, who by the way is 76 years old, told me she was planning to get an oil change tomorrow on her Mercedes. Great, who would have thought it but when I called mom on My way home from work that she told me she's working on purchasing a Q50 and was raving more about how her salesman Chris Bennett treated her then about her new car! It was later in the day and she needed to rest and her dog that she brought with her was hungry and needed to be walked. Chris even took the time to take all paperwork to my mom's house and do the delivery at her house. I couldn't believe his service... Not like other car salesmen. Needless to say, Chris even set up an appointment to stop back by her house on Sunday morning to go over all features that she had questions on. I had the opportunity to see moms car. Stunning. Over the last few days mom was unsure of some of the features and Chris was in constant contact. Thank you for your service and for making my mom and I comfortable with the purchase. More
