STAY AWAY FORM SERVICE DEPARTMENT So today My wife took our 2013 Infiniti M37 to the dealership today for a simple issue that I have already diagnosed using professional equiptment ( So today My wife took our 2013 Infiniti M37 to the dealership today for a simple issue that I have already diagnosed using professional equiptment ( I am a Mechanic) . We decided to take the car to the dealership because it is still under factory warranty. When we purchased the car, it also came with additional warranty through a 3rd party. Our issue was an airbag light that stays on and a sunload sensor. Our estimated cost just for a dianosis would cost $231. Prior to the visit to the dealership,our third party warrenty have already agreed to cover the cost.. So after a couple of minutes being there, Brain then tells us that this car was either in a " previous accident, and or bumpers were repainted".. He then proceeds to tell us that if we were to leave the car, that our warranty and factory warranty would not cover the cost for our issue because it has been in a previous accident.... (which is a total lie). So we decided to bring the care to a specialist who specializes in body work, restoration and painting of cars etc.... Not to my surprise they confirmed that my car never had any body work done nor ever painted.... Long story short these people are LIARS and SCAMMERS.. I understand businesses are in business to make money but please be truthful to customers. The outcome would of been totally different. In the end, We ended up not getting any services done here. Please people put two and two together and stay farrrrrrr away from them.. Ive worked in many shops and in a dealership and this is disgusting. P.s Our diagnostic estimate was $231.00 just to take a look at the issue that was already giving to them and proven. I looked up own labor and it takes only 30mins to install and uninstall the required parts.... needless to say, HORRIBLE experience ONE thing I can say is that he did replace 2 fuses for my wife at no charge so thank you for that!. More

Chris and I started talking vial email about a month earlier. He put together a great lease deal on a new QX60 but since I still had some time left on my current lease I wasn't quite ready yet. He was super helpful but not pushy. Fast forward to end of December, he reached out with better pricing when it became available and made me a deal I couldn't refuse. He found me the color I wanted and drove the car to me in Miami, picking up my existing lease and taking it away with him. We literally signed the iPad in our parking garage. No long annoying days sitting in a dealership. The next morning I drove my beautiful new SUV to work and couldn't be happier. I'm really happy with the vehicle. I highly recommend working with Chris for any of your car buying/leasing needs. He takes customer service to another level and makes the car buying experience easy peasy. More
Over and above Called into the dealership after I found the Infiniti I've been looking for on the web. They still had it in stock and had Chris follow up with me abo Called into the dealership after I found the Infiniti I've been looking for on the web. He is proud of the customer service that he gives to his future and current customers. We live 3 hrs from the dealership so it was difficult with work schedules and kids to get down there. Chris drove the car to my house with all the paper work to make it happen for us! I love love love the car and working with Chris was an added bonus! More
