I just wanted to extend our appreciation and gratitude for making this last deal one of the easiest, most satisfying and especially what I think to be a very aggressive offer on your part. I wanted to make sure you were aware that upon shopping around, I feel this was by far, an extremely attractive lease deal on both sides but especially mine since I love the car. I’ve driven my new 2019 Q60S Red Sport very little since delivery to my home (another great service) but look forward to enjoying myself behind the wheel of such a beautiful yet incredibly impressive vehicle. The staff completed this transaction with incredible ease offering straight forward responses and information making the process that much smoother. Thank you once again for providing a deal I especially thought was a great one that I couldn’t walk away from. Life changing experience! I recently visited INFINITI of the Palm Beaches with my mom hoping to merely sit in either a QX50 or Q50 and get a feel for which one I was going to s I recently visited INFINITI of the Palm Beaches with my mom hoping to merely sit in either a QX50 or Q50 and get a feel for which one I was going to save towards (notice I said save). Well upon arrival, I was fortunate enough to meet Mari, the most incredible woman EVER. We started talking about the qualifications I had for my new Infiniti-- again I was ONLY LOOKING-- but I was prepared with a list of things I would want in my next car. As a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration focus in Integrated Business and minor in International Business and newly employed with a Fortune 500, getting a brand new Infiniti just didn't seem realistic (well that's what I thought). After test driving a few cars and spending about 8 hours together on Mari's DAY OFF (I told you this woman was amazing!!!), I found my baby! The car I'd been dreaming about since September 2018 was sitting right in front of me. Fully loaded with every single feature I envisioned it to have and MORE! Now me, being the most realistic-optimist known to man, I knew I wasn't taking that car home YET-- but I would one day. After convincing myself of every reason it wasn't realistic (hello--student loans), Mari showed me a picture she had behind her desk that talked about focusing on the present because the past already happened and the future will happen when it happens; the only moment that matters right now is-- RIGHT NOW. Once I read that, I knew that beautiful QX50 needed to be mine; and as faith will have it-- it was. Whenever people ask how I was able to walk across the stage less than 6 months ago and still manage to get a new 2019 QX50 without a co-signer or trade-in, I always say these three words: God, Patience, and Mari! Mari has shined her glorious light on my life and made all the difference to me. She could have given up on me after the 23rd time I said I was just looking lol but she didn't! And because of her, I was able to get my own graduation gift (because really who needs a party or fancy gifts when you get to wake up and drive a 2019 QX50 every day!?!) Mari has been such a blessing to me, as I know she will continue to be for others! There is no other person I would have wanted to bring my dream to life. I am forever grateful for her. More

Worst dealer ever! We bought an Infiniti QX56 2013 (for my parents elderly people) the salesman called “Max” was rude ! He don’t let us to check carefully the suv, after We bought an Infiniti QX56 2013 (for my parents elderly people) the salesman called “Max” was rude ! He don’t let us to check carefully the suv, after 5 hours we got the suv with our dp any dealer can get our business (11k) he says the suv pass all The test trough Infiniti “standards”, next day the liftgate wont work! They check the car and find out a bad actuator, back home and the suv still have the same problem! How a suv PASSED all The Infiniti rigorous test now after hours I bought it the liftgate is not working?? After 2 weeks he text me saying the broken part cost $2350, you need to pay 1350, we can’t cover all the cost because the suv was sold as is! Great!! Bravo infiniti dealer!! You guys KNOW! That was a problem with the liftgate, I never expect something like that from a “serious” dealer! Let’s talk about “ghost” charges! There’s a charge called “anti theft “ we never aware about this charge, we never sign any paper about this “coverage”, when I asking about this charge, they said : this charge is required from the bank (capital one finance) , I called the bank and they told me : we never ask for something like that! We never ask for any extra charge! Till now no one answer my complaint about this “charge”, I’ll escalate this till the last resource, they can’t do whatever they want! No way!! *UPDATE* After 4 weeks The suv is fixed and we get a refund about the anti theft charge, thanks to infiniti consumer affairs. More
