Carrie McCarty, Service Advisor, is AMAZING Carrie is an absolute GEM. I bought my 2013 G37 new from this dealership several years ago and Carrie has been my service advisor since she began with Carrie is an absolute GEM. She is so good that I will schedule my services around her schedule (which is available online on the very user-friendly service scheduler). From the get-go, Carrie has been friendly, courteous, clear and transparent, no-BS, professional, warm, delightful, and CHARMING. I honestly never knew dealing with car service could be such an amazing experience. My car is now approaching 100K miles and runs beautifully. I'm a single mom on a budget, and Carrie always prioritizes what needs to be done to my car and helps me make smart decisions about keeping my vehicle running well as long as possible. Sometimes all I need is all oil-change. Other times, there is a laundry list, but I always feel Carrie guides me honestly about what is essential and what can wait until a future date, if necessary. Carrie made sure I knew about the "buy 3 get 1 free" tire specials each time so that I could plan buying new tires strategically. She arranged for me to have a beautiful loaner vehicle each time I requested one when my vehicle needed to be in the shop for any length of time. She keeps me informed through text and calls and I've never felt "out of sight, out of mind". I've never felt rushed or hurried and she always takes the time to chat and share a laugh. She is truly Infiniti of the Palm Beaches most valuable asset. There have been times over the lifetime of my car when I have briefly considered going to a mechanic who is closer and perhaps more inexpensive. I always dismiss this thought when I consider my experience with Carrie's excellent care and the shape my car is still in after being serviced exclusively by Infiniti for all 100K miles. When buying a new battery a few months ago, I priced purchasing a new battery myself from an autoparts store. The price was very comparable to what Infiniti charged me for a new battery and installation. Carrie has always been cognizant of budget and applies coupons diligently when they are available and also informed me about my customer loyalty points, which add up quickly! Please go and see this wonderful individual. She is simple amazing and you will be in the best, most capable hands. More

After I made the deal with Chris and agreed to everything Paul tried to invoice me for an additional $415.00, of items which were already included in the sales price. I found this to be very untrustworthy and almost walk out without buying the car. Otherwise I had a good experience with everyone else at the dealership. More
