INFINITI of Willow Grove

I've been a customer with infiniti of WG for the past 2 years, although I purchased my previous car at a different dealership and was taking my car for service here. I had a great experience with service manager, Steve, and technitians. So when time came to upgrade my car the choice was obveous and I was right with my expectations. No- pushy salesemen, no pressure. As a matter of fact I cannot even call salesforce at WG salesemen - they are true sales professionals starting from appearance all the way to the business. Charlie Blunt was great. Provided me with honest price for the new car and trade-in for my old one. There were no the usual "let me talk to my manager" deal as you normally experience at other dealership. The rest of the sales process was seamless as well including a finance department. Overall- great experience. Also important to mention that every time you come in to WG you really feel wellcomed. Thanks More

i looked at 3 different cars in the same class and finally chose a 2010 GX37XS for a number of reasons. the car is fantastic with a strong engine and everything else you would expect in a $42000 car. finally chose a 2010 GX37XS for a number of reasons. the car is fantastic with a strong engine and everything else you would expect in a $42000 car. but the primary reason i bought it was the dealership and especially arthur. this is my second infiniti from arthur and he and the dealership and have always gone out of their way to satisfy me. they offered a special lease opportunity for me that i couldnt pass up and they also helped me finalize my prior lease. i would highly recommend arthur and willow grove infiniti and i will shop there again when my lease expires. More

Recently went back for my second lease trade in. I was looking around at other SUV's but couldn't find anything that compared to the Infinity QX56. I went back to Arthur Weiner with what I needed for 6 ki looking around at other SUV's but couldn't find anything that compared to the Infinity QX56. I went back to Arthur Weiner with what I needed for 6 kids,dvd... He got me into the SUV I wanted in the color I wanted within the week.He showed me how everything had changed-even gave me his cell#. As a physician this helped tremendously when at 11:00pm I had a problem with starting the car and he walked me through it. Someone you can rely on. More

I have been looking for a car for a few months now and have not been satisfied with the dealerships I have visited thus far. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in to Infiniti the other we have not been satisfied with the dealerships I have visited thus far. I recently purchased an Infiniti G37x Sedan from the Willow Grove dealership. I could not have been happier with both buying the experience and the car. I consider myself an informed buyer and I like to do considerable research before I make any purchase, especially one as big as a car. I worked with multiple dealers in the area and while I did not have a bad experience with any of them, Lisa with Willow Grove definitely stood out from the rest. Not only did I test drive the car twice, I also exchanged multiple emails with Lisa to narrow down my options and complete the sale. There was the customary bargaining, but I was surprised with how quickly I was able to get a very competitive quote which I certainly felt was fair. Furthermore, I added the complication of getting a clear film added to the front of my car to protect from chips and Lisa worked to bring in an outside contractor to do the work at the dealership so I didn't have to deal with it after I drove off the lot. What more can I say except great customer service and I would highly recommend the dealership and Lisa to whoever is in the market for an Infiniti. More
