I drove over a bump in Princeton, New Jersey, on a Saturday. There were "clangs" coming from the under carriage and I thought the tires were flat. I parked the car and found leaking water from the front passenger side. I got on my knees to see if any pipes were hanging. It was imperative to get home (45 min. away). When I arrived at my house in Fort Washington, I parked in the driveway. After reading one of the books that come with the car, I felt certain it was my engine coolant leaking. Monday morning I called for Mike Costante, Service Consultant, whom I had been in to see on three other occasions. On the phone he gave me great confidence about driving the 10 minutes to the shop. Although they were overly busy, Mike managed to get me in...and it was a quick out. My fears were relieved...it was the air conditioner and all liquids in my car were where they were supposed to be. I was very lucky. Mike explained what had happened and assured me my car was good to go. He has always been very helpful on the phone and in person. He is professional in his dealings with his clients and I just know my next car will be another infinity. I get such good serivce. Thanks Mike! More

This is the second Infiniti M that we have purchased with Lisa. As was the case last time, she made the whole car purchase experience very easy - almost fun. Lisa clearly knows her Infiniti M's inside and out and made our myriad of choices easy to make. She invested the time necessary to be certain we were happy with those choices and took the time to compare differences with our original Infiniti M. What is even more striking about Lisa is the time she invests in helping us during the "delivery" process. These cars are quite complex (paricularly the Navigation system) and Lisa was careful to be cerain that we understood all the features that came with the car and made certain they were set to match our preferences. It is possible she spent even more time with us than when we purchased our first M even though a number of the features were quite similar. This is an extremely important aspect of service because you want to avail yourself of all that you bought (convenience, safety, and performance-wise)and it is likely we would not if she did not invest that time. We have reommended Lisa and Infiniti of Willow Grove to our friends in the past and certainly will in the future. It is nice to have this means to communicate our appreciation. More
