Great car, just as advertised when I went to go see it. The price was great, drove 200 miles to purchase it. Only wish they had more previous history on the car when i purchased it. Initial experience was favorable - I was doing an employee pricing deal - walked in, bought the car on the spot. I told them I needed to be in southern VA later that day and they assured me they would put me first and have me in an out in 45 minutes. Two and half hours later, I left steaming. I had just had throat surgery for thyroid cancer and my voice was not good. So every time I had to remind them about my schedule, my blood pressure started to go up. I really got the sense that after getting $50K out of me, they didn't give a crap. That was confirmed when I called their finance guy with a follow up question and he took a week to get back to me. I won't go back. I was expecting great service . . . it's just sales and marketing as usual. More
I have really loved my G35X that my lease was set to expire on three months from now. I was sad to think that I would not be able to get another Infiniti but from what I could tell by visiting the Infin expire on three months from now. I was sad to think that I would not be able to get another Infiniti but from what I could tell by visiting the Infiniti site online, the lease for a new comparable car would be prohibitively high. Well, Frank Vitolo called me and said I should go in and hear about the great deal I could get on a new car, and I didn't believe him. He called me again and was so nice on the phone, I just had to go in, skeptical as I was. Well, he totally blew my mind with this great offer and in a couple of hours I drove out with the car of my dreams, the same one I had before with a couple of extra options, with a very small down payment and get this, my lease payment is $65 LESS than I paid on the old car! I think it was magic or something...I will definitely get my next car from Frank! He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. And when it came time to sign the paperwork, Wayne was just wonderful to work with. Of the 12 cars I have bought over the years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I am a customer for life! More
I contacted this dealership after finding them online. Their online site was easy to use and allowed me to not only find the type of vehicle I was looking for but assure it had the options I wanted. After a couple emails and phone calls the deal was done. The sales person, Todd, went out of his way to work around my schedule and obtain answers to my questions quickly. I live in another state and they took the time to drive the vehicle to me and explained to my wife and I how everything worked. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had solely because the dealership, from the salesperson to the finance department, made the process painless. I am guessing the total time I spent on this purchase was about 1 1/2 hours from first email to car in my driveway. That is unbeatable, and I never set foot in their dealership. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Willow Grove. More
I was very impressed. I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted, and what I felt was a reasonable price. I originally went there to look at one car, and it was just beyond what I could afford. Todd did not try to force the sale at all, but instead found me car that was exactly what I wanted and in my price range (I actually liked it better than the first). He will take as much time as you need to educate you on the features of the car, and the paperwork didn't take much more than 15 minutes to complete. Everyone at the dealership I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend giving them a shot. More

Could have used a bit more time explaining the nuances of some of the technological features.Compared to other lease/buy experiences, this was one of the most hassle-free, with great attention to handling the process in a seamless manner. All of the people we met were courteous and friendly and we look forward to a continued great relationship as we move forward. More
I just purchased my 4th Infiniti, the 3rd from Infiniti of Willow Grove. All 3 cars were purchased from Arthur Weiner. Arthur is very knowledgeable with no high pressure or hype. The pricing beat the competition 3 out of 4 times and they will go get your car in a another state to save you from having to order one from the factory and wait months. I also use Infiniti of W.G. for service and I find them thorough and they always let me use a loaner while mine is in the shop. I highly recommend Infiniti of Willow Grove and in particular, Arthur Weiner. More

This was going to be my first car purchase and Boy is this going to be a long one. First off, I sent my information online to get a price quote. This was going to be my first car purchase and I Wanted to take my time, do the research, and get the best deal and best experience possible. I also did not want to settle for any car, its not everyday you buy one. So I wanted something that I was going to be 110% happy with. The quotes went to 3 different dealerships. After, speaking to two different dealerships, I went for a test drive at Willow Grove (it's on my way home from work). Willow Grove was very nice to me during and after my test drive, until I told them that I would come back after thinking about it. Since they didnt have a car that I wanted (white w/ NO WOOD), i decided to wait and think about it. WG kept calling me and forcing me to put a deposit down on a car with wood in it, which I did not want. But they threw in.."its only 15 bucks a month", etc etc. "its going to go, someone is looknig at it right now". Ya well 15 bucks for 5.5 years...that adds up on top of everything else that is only and extra 15-20 bucks a month. Why pay for things if you dont want it?!!!! Also, Im pretty sure if you sell that one car, you have more vehicles that come in on that lot. After this I talked to Jennifer at Holman Infinti- the other dealership that contacted me from my online quotes. She was SPECTACULAR from the gate! She even went ABOVE AND BEYOND before I even stepped into her dealership to find the car that I wanted somewhere else. She finally found it 2 hours away in MD and sent a driver to go get it for me at no extra charge. WG got wind of this and called me saying that they NOW would be able to get the car I really wanted. But in my mind, it was too little too late. I told them it was nice working with them and I wish it could have worked out but I was going with another dealership. Then, the salesman said started to get angry and said I wouldn't be able to get my services done there (they are my local infinti and closest to my house and they knew this). Then he said, if I did go there.. " you would not get the same treatment". Well, it doesnt seem I got the same treatment there anyway from the start. Maybe I should have came in a 3 piece suit that day. I questioned him on this (I'm a woman and I am young...but I am no idiot) and then he backtracked a little and started realizing what he was saying. This is not how you earn business, by yelling and Lying to your customers. I trusted both dealerships with my work phone number, and WG crossed the line with that phone call. I am so glad I didnt buy the car with them. I bought the car when I was ready, and got the best deal, and the BEST customer service experience I could ask for at Holman infinti in Maple Shade. Everyone was so polite to me (even with my flips flops on) and you can really see the team effort they all put in satisfying a client. As for Willow Grove, I knew I was taken advantage of and now when I pass by it everyday on my way to work it honestly makes me sick to my stomach to even look at the sign after the way I was treated. People buy cars when they want to not when the salesman prefers. I will NEVER go there to get my services done. I will drive an extra 30 minutes to another state to give someone else my business.
