My overall experience with the Infiniti of Willow Grove on the purchase of my new 2011 M37X went way above my expectations. I've purchased many cars from various dealers and never had the customer service on the purchase of my new 2011 M37X went way above my expectations. The sales man Rob Millman, knowing of my hectic schedule, delivered my new car to my doorstep and thorougly went through again on how all the bells and whistles work. He also programmed my cell phone and already had my home address logged into the GPS. I will always remember this experience and will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends when they are seeking a new car. Oh yea, besides falling for the dealership's service the car's performance is superior. I test drove a Lexus and Mercedes comparable to the M37x and I chose to go with Infiniti. Donna Campbell More

He didn't bash them but spoke to performance which was my concern in this purchase. I had done my research before coming in and read just about every review/report I could find and I found the G37 didn't disappoint. I also liked the honesty of the Sales manager when I started to think about the possibility of the coupe instead of the sedan. He was very upfront about its performance in snow and that I should consider that before making a decision. I also was very pleased that he had no problem producing the invoices on the 2 cars in consideration. I never felt rushed or that if I didn't make an instant decision I would loose the deal. It was probably one of the most pleasant new car purchases I have made. More

Larry, my sales person, presented the car in details during our test drive and we could come to a mutually satisfying financial agreement relatively fast for a vehicle equipped and trimmed to my satisfaction. His sales manager helped to close the business with the generous offer to show the car to my spouse at home for final agreement before closing. They notified me a few days later when spotted the desired automobile and everything went quick and smoothly with our final purchase closing according to our preliminary agreement. Larry has been outgoing to explain every detail of the vehicle use even after the payment has been done. It was overall a pleasant purchase experience. More

In the end, I came back to Willow Grove because Jim and Lisa did the following: a) gave me the best pr 5 other Infiniti dealers to purchase an EX35.
