When I first visited the dealership, I was not greeted, nor offered any assistance by Staff. I was lucky to catch Lisa as she got out of an appointment and from that point on, she went out of her way to m nor offered any assistance by Staff. She listened to my needs, and helped we quickly find the right car at the right price. Also, she's done a follow up appointment with me to help resolve a bluetooth quirk with Blackberry and provided great additional training on use of navigation, phone, music, and operations. I am very impressed with Lisa's professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. She made up for what was looking like a lackluster start when I just walked in, by also being fun to work with. More

This is my third Infinity. I had a G35 coupe then a G35x sedan and now a G37x sedan I would have loved to own the G37 convertible coupe but it does not work for my job as a Realtor. This is my second car leased from WG and Arthur. No game playing, always available, and excellent service. Last year my previous G was dead in a "bouncy" indoor parking lot from the alarm repeatedly going playing, always available, and excellent service. They walked me through getting it started, then gave the care a free checkup to make sure the battery was still at an optimal level, and I felt confident eveything was OK. More

I've been a customer with infiniti of WG for the past 2 years, although I purchased my previous car at a different dealership and was taking my car for service here. I had a great experience with service manager, Steve, and technitians. So when time came to upgrade my car the choice was obveous and I was right with my expectations. No- pushy salesemen, no pressure. As a matter of fact I cannot even call salesforce at WG salesemen - they are true sales professionals starting from appearance all the way to the business. Charlie Blunt was great. Provided me with honest price for the new car and trade-in for my old one. There were no the usual "let me talk to my manager" deal as you normally experience at other dealership. The rest of the sales process was seamless as well including a finance department. Recently went back for my second lease trade in. I was looking around at other SUV's but couldn't find anything that compared to the Infinity QX56.
