Sal Hansford (Sales Consultant) and Manny Tavares (General Manager) dealt with my needs/ concerns with empathy and laid out the whole scenario so that all aspects were under- stood. They went the "extra mile" to facillitate this deal and made me feel comforta- ble that when I left Inskip Infiniti the right decision was made. This was about as efficient a transaction could get on such a big ticket item. Everything was well-organized from the initial vehicle orientation to the test drive and finally lease negotiation. Inskip Infiniti doesn't just promise good customer ser- vice/satisfaction, they deliver from the actual sale and follow it up by servicing the vehicle through their very good Maintenance Department. Inskip Infiniti deserves the highest possible rating. Anything less would not be reflective of my dealings with this well-run operation. I anticipate a long and mutu- ally rewarding relationship. Infiniti and this dealer has the "right stuff". I enthu- siastically recommend this car and it's Dealership to anyone loooking for a fair deal on a luxury car with the least amount of hassle. Bravo! I had purchased my Infiniti G37X from another dealership but have it serviced at Inskip Infiniti. I have visited three times for routine maintenance and have yet to be diappointed. Number 1 fair price: Most but have it serviced at Inskip Infiniti. I have visited three times for routine maintenance and have yet to be diappointed. Number 1 fair price: Most high end dealerships have high end prices. Not this one!No fireplaces or fancy coffee, just a fair price! Number 2: Fast friendly service.. No pressure, no add ons, no you need this service or while we were looking you might need this.. Straight forward no nonsense but friendly. Number 3: you get done what you asked, service intervals as suggested by the manufacturer not the dealer. Finally! Number 4: This service advisor does just that, advises, is patient, and guess what says thank you and shakes your hand!Thanks Ron for treating me like a person and not a number! More
Purchased my first Inskip car in 2002 (Infiniti I35) from Manny who was then a rather new salesman -he was a breath of fresh air compared to most car salesman. Now Manny is GM at Inskip Infiniti - not surprised, I'm sure it took him many hours at Inskip and much hard work. Since then I've purchased three additional vehicles at Inskip, two of which were not Infiniti's, but if not for my experience at Inskip Infiniti (Manny) and the excellent service department (Ron-Kristin) I would probably have bought elsewhere. The last car purchased was another Infiniti (back to where it all started), with Manny away on vaca Ryan and Sal put together the sale of my latest purchase. At Inskip they make their money but are willing to get to the bottom line without all the bullsh_t which I greatly appreciate. I'm back to having the new car serviced at Inskip Infiniti - now not to take anything away from Inskip Lexus service but the Infiniti service team is tops! In fact I highly recommend Inskip dealerships based on my personal dealings with the Infiniti, Lexus and Nissan dealerships. I am unable to speak for the other auto groups within Inskip but would imagine they probably aim just as high in customer service. More
I would recommend Inskip Infiniti ..The sales team of Sal Hansford and Ryan Kane did an outstanding job educating me about the infiniti experience..They were professional, fair and pesistent(not pushy). I have been driving Acura'sfor 12 years and have made the conversion to Infiniti.. The reason for my conversion is Sal and Ryan .. I know my purchase of the FX 35 premium with navigation was the right purchase for me.. I also know that Inskip will provide the service I am looking for in a dealership... Being is sales for over 20 years I have had some good and not so good experiences..I was rate my experience with Inskip as one of the best experiences I have had with purchasing a car. More

I purchased my 2003 Infiniti M45 at another dealer but I have only taken the car to Inskip Infiniti since purchasing it. The dealership was recommended by two colleagues. The both praised the staff and the quality of work. Since my first visit six months ago I have taken the car there for every need,i.e. and routine service. Ron is patient and explains every aspect of the repairs being done. He keeps his word. When he tells me he will call... he calls. He explains the costs and answers any questions I may have. Mike Smith has a reputation as one of the finest Infiniti technitions in the east. He is very well educated. There is not Infiniti service or repair he cannot perform. He is amazingly capable of finding and fixing stubborn repair problems. I respect Mike's talent and would never take my Infinit anywhere else. David K. Long More
I have been dealing with Inskip Infinit since 2003 and now have my second QX56. The first vehicle was purchased and then was offered a buyout in order to take advantage of a 2006 lease program. My lease now have my second QX56. The first vehicle was purchased and then was offered a buyout in order to take advantage of a 2006 lease program. My lease expired in June 2009 and I extended the lease and wound up buying the vehicle with a fair price. A problem came about with the heating system on the drivers side and although the part was backordered, I was taken care of not only with a loaner QX56, but with Infiniti service taking on the lions share of the repair and replacement parts. I will not only look at Infiniti in the future for another vehicle but reccomend Inskip to anyone who is thinking about a lease or purchase for a new car. I have never been disapointed in this dealership. More
I've owned cars for over 50 years and always dreaded having to deal with dealership service facilities. That has changed. I have never had better experiences than I am now having with Inskip Infinity, a having to deal with dealership service facilities. That has changed. I have never had better experiences than I am now having with Inskip Infinity, and that includes the good service that I had with Inskip Acura. The service representatives, especially Ron Antonucci, are outstanding. I am, by nature, a skeptic, yet,over the last 18 months, I have developed such respect for Ron and his knowledge and his honesty, that I rely on all his advice for maintaining my G35X. I live in Massachusetts and there is an Infinity dealer in Massachusetts that is much closer to my home, but I drive an hour each way to have my car serviced at Inskip in Warwick, Rhode Island. Inskip service and Ron Antonucci are that good! More
