They were excellent to deal with throughout the entire process and followed up with me to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and had no issues or questions about any of the car features. I love my Infiniti and would highly recommend Inskip to anyone looking for a car. More

I've bought and leased many new cars over the last 20 years. In my search for my latest car, I took the 45 minute hike from Massachusetts down to Inskip Infiniti. While there looking at inventory, I was years. In my search for my latest car, I took the 45 minute hike from Massachusetts down to Inskip Infiniti. While there looking at inventory, I was so impressed with the sales team and the way they operated that instead of going to my local dealer and telling them to trade with Inskip for the car I wanted, I made another 45 minute trip back to make the purchase (lease.) Matt was fantastic at answering questions without pressure, and was the key reason I kept going back to work with Inskip. Typically, the further you go along in the car buying process (sales manager, finance manager, general manager,) the more serious and rough-and-tumble the people become. But not at Inskip. Ryan, Tara and Manny were all so professional yet warm, and I can tell you, I was NOT an easy customer... I definitely challenged them, and they met my needs with kindness, a smile, and quite a few laughs :) Thanks guys.... I can't recommend Inskip enough! More

I worked with Nelson Gonell on the purchase of my New G37X. I was looking at three different cars (VW CC and the Acura TL). This was my first experience with Inskip and the Infiniti line and I will recommend both without reservation. Sal was everything I look for in a car salesman - knowledgeable, intuitive, patient and not push line and I will recommend both without reservation. He gave me all the time I needed, was extremely accommodating to my schedule and the dealership was extremely fair in their pricing. I never felt pressured, and I felt like I had a very good understanding of the car's features and its performance from Sal's overview. It was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had ... and, by the way, I love my G37x. More

Sal Hansford (Sales Consultant) and Manny Tavares (General Manager) dealt with my needs/ concerns with empathy and laid out the whole scenario so that all aspects were under- stood. They went the "extra mile" to facillitate this deal and made me feel comforta- ble that when I left Inskip Infiniti the right decision was made. This was about as efficient a transaction could get on such a big ticket item. Everything was well-organized from the initial vehicle orientation to the test drive and finally lease negotiation. Inskip Infiniti doesn't just promise good customer ser- vice/satisfaction, they deliver from the actual sale and follow it up by servicing the vehicle through their very good Maintenance Department. Inskip Infiniti deserves the highest possible rating. Anything less would not be reflective of my dealings with this well-run operation. I anticipate a long and mutu- ally rewarding relationship. Infiniti and this dealer has the "right stuff". I enthu- siastically recommend this car and it's Dealership to anyone loooking for a fair deal on a luxury car with the least amount of hassle. Bravo! Number 1 fair price: Most high end dealerships have high end prices. Not this one!No fireplaces or fancy coffee, just a fair price! Number 2: Fast friendly service.. No pressure, no add ons, no you need this service or while we were looking you might need this.. Straight forward no nonsense but friendly. Number 3: you get done what you asked, service intervals as suggested by the manufacturer not the dealer. Finally! Number 4: This service advisor does just that, advises, is patient, and guess what says thank you and shakes your hand!Thanks Ron for treating me like a person and not a number! More
