I love Inskip, I would not take my G35 anywhere else. Kristen Marovelli is the best, she is always courteous, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Exceptional team of professionals at Inskip. I bought a 2007 M35x in October. I have had the car serviced at Inskip since the purchace of the vehicle. Each time Kristin M and the service team have surpas 2007 M35x in October. I have had the car serviced at Inskip since the purchace of the vehicle. Each time Kristin M and the service team have surpassed my expectations. An Infinti loaner car has always been made availabe and ready for my use. I don't know if all Infiniti dealers offer Infiniti loaners, but I love the fact Inskip does. The Inksip service area is imaculate. Just drive in front of the service door and then drive your car right in. No waiting. Service staff ready and available to greet you and get you on your way. I have owned many vehicles over the years and have never found better service than at Inskip! Inperson or over the phone Kristin (my service advisor) has been phenominally pleasent. Kristin has always answered or has been able to get the answers to my questions. Recently, the CD player recently got "jammed" and wouldn't work. I called Kristin and she ordered a new CD player. Kristin called me when the new one arrived and scheduled a time for me to drop the car off. Waiting for me the morning of my appointment was Kristin, pleasent and smiling as she always has been and waiting out front is my Infiniti loaner. I was on my way in just a few minutes. Each person from the sales staff to the service staff have won me over. I highly reccommend anyone who may be looking for Infiniti to seek out the team at Inskip. I doubt, you will find a more customer service driven team of professionals. More
Overall experience was great! This is the fifth Infiniti we have purchased from Inskip and have dealt with Sal for ten years. No pressure & they try to make the right deal from the start. I couldn't get the deal I wanted in Massachusetts, so I went to Inskip to see what they could do for me on a lease. My salesperson Victor was very informative and spent plenty of time with me to fit me int went to Inskip to see what they could do for me on a lease. My salesperson Victor was very informative and spent plenty of time with me to fit me into the car I wanted. He & Manny worked the numbers and we made a deal. Victor was aware that I was also looking at Audi, yet he went through the sales process without any pressure. A very professional approach and additude. I'd go back in a heartbeat. I'll be certain to recommend this dealership to my family & friends. The paperwork was very smooth and stress free. The young lady that prepared the paperwork went through the process explaining everything and in a reasonable amount of time. More

Both Ryan and Nelson were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful but not pushy like in a typical new car sales scenario.
