After a weeks of searching for a car I was able to purchase a 2008 infinity G35x at Inskip Warwick Auto Mall. My expereince with this dealer impressed me not only for their "Proffessionalism". But, for the integrity that we recieved with "Carlos Lizardo" the salesmen who ushered us through the entire porcess. In all honerty, i felt that Carlo's success as a salesmen are combinations of being a businessmen, an advisor, and most of all friend, who want the best for you. Inskip is the place to go if you want to but a car not just from a professional, but a friend. More

We have a 2001 QX-4 that has been great and is working its way through the family. I haven't been fond the the recent designs, but decided the check out the new QX-56. It is based on the Patrol, a full sized SUV, presently only available in Japan. I generally put car shopping somewhere in the neighborhood of dental surgery. However, Mike Remy made the experience outright enjoyable. His no pressure, informative, and gregarious style made the experience actually fun. Of course, he did have a quality product to sell, and the QX-56 had everything for which I was looking. I checked out the Lexus LX-570, Cadillac Escalade, Porche Cayenne, and Audi Q-7. The Infiniti had all the room, horse power, fuel efficiency, and bells and whistles without being over the top. After two weeks of bouncing around between dealships, I even developed a true appreciation for the efficient body style. I am 6'2"and 215 lbs. The QX-56 is comnfortable for me and my 6'3" son can hang out in the back seat with plenty of room for him, the dog, and the Play Station hook-up. It has a great sound system with XM and direct iPod or iPhone connections. All of the controls are intuitive and easy to reach. More
Let's face it, we all know the dreadful feeling of having to walk into a car dealership! On our first visit to Inskip Infiniti, we met David Wagner, the salesperson whom we bought our FX from - the dreadful to walk into a car dealership! On our first visit to Inskip Infiniti, we met David Wagner, the salesperson whom we bought our FX from - the dreadful feeling quickly disappeared! David was very knowledgeble, down to earth, eager to please, and patient. We first met David in June 2010 when we thought we were ready to buy our FX. He was very accommodating (staying late to answer our questions, multiple test drives, the list goes on!)and a joy to work with. We had some very technical questions relating to the AWD which he worked quickly to get us answers to and even introduced us to a service tech so we could get more information to help us make a decision. We decided on the FX and then decided it wasn't the right time for us to make this purchase. We revisited the idea of purchasing in December 2010, but by then there were no more 2010s left. We started over looking at the 2011. David was just as patient with us as when we first met him. Finally,9 months after first meeting with David, we made the purchase in February 2011. David continues to be very responsive in answering our calls/emails even after the sale. We highly recommend that anyone going to Inskip Infiniti ask for David Wagner- by far, the best salesperson we've ever dealt with! We also must mention the rest of the team at Inskip Infiniti. We stopped by on days when David was off and there was always someone ready and willing to help us in his absence. None of them were pushy, just relaxed and helpful! On a few occasions, we had the pleasure of speaking with Manny Tavares, the general manager, and it quickly became obvious why this sales staff is so friendly, eager to please, professional and knowledgeable. They are truly a reflection of their management! We highly recommend Inskip Infiniti! More
This is my second Infiniti purchase from Sal Hansford at Inskip. Sal is nothing less than wonderful! Fair, accomodating, friendly and a pleasure to work with! No uncomfortable sales pressure ever. Overall, a very good experience. The dealerhsip was freidnly. They only performed the service I asked them to address. I made my initial call to inskip to see what they had in stock. My call was answered by Mike Remy who was very pleasant to say the least. The conversation convinced me to visit the dealership. Mike was just as pleasant in person as on the phone. A low preasure pleasant salesman is an excellent start to a vehicle purchase. My family was very comfortable in dealing with Mike as he was very helpful and patient. Mike answered all of our questions and when he couldn't he excused himself and promptly returned with an answer. We were both impressed with the QX and our sales person so the decision was easy. After deciding to purchase we were introduced to Terra in finance. This was an equally plesant experience. Terra was very nice and even took time on her day off to come in and complete my paperwork. Two very nice and easy to deal with people. The QX is a beautiful vehicle and could sell itself, but if I was unable to deal with the right people I would have easily left and purchased elsewhere. An overall great experience! More

I had my previous vehicle Q45 serviced there and was extremely satisfied with the Inskip, it was not my first experience dealing with the dealership. I had my previous vehicle Q45 serviced there and was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Kristen Marovelli, it was the primary reason I sought to purchase a used 2007 M35 from this dealership. I was thoughly satisfied, although not surprised by the attention to detail, knowledge and customer service I received from Sal Hansford. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership in servicing my current vehicle and also in purchasing vehicles in the future. This is primarily due to the excellent customer service provided by Kristen and Sal. More

My experience with Inskip Infiniti was as good as I could imagine. I purchased a certified 2007 G35x that was in perfect condition, as if it had never been pre-owned.
