Update 11/14/2020 - just a couple days after writing my review above, I unexpectedly found myself back at Infiniti with my 22-year-old son, whose car died on the side of the road a day earlier. I described our situation to Steve Romjue and the limitations we had in looking for just the right car for my son. Steve said “I think I have just the right thing.” As a parent himself, he empathized with the situation and my concerns for my son’s safety and ability to afford a car. He had everything I did in the front of his mind when presenting us with what turned out to be a perfect option. And once again, the service department went above and beyond to prep the car. Steve even drove it before turning it over to make sure everything we’d asked to have checked was in good order. I trusted Steve and the team with my son, and once again they came through. THANK YOU!
