Recent service. My regular contact was out on the day I wanted to bring my vehicle in for an Oil Change and General Maintenance. Very personable and knew what he was talking about since he had once been a mechanic at the dealership. Turnaround was very quick even though I was not in a rush and left the car there for service. Charge was very reasonable and it was a quick in and out. More

Resty is one of those professionals you are always hoping for when you're in need of excellent service. Efficient, Fast, Informed, Motivated and obviously respected by his co-workers. I never ever once have felt impatient when servicing my Infiniti at Van Nuys because Resty and his team simply get the job done faster than any other facility I've ever known. So far, I have had the best experience with my car service here at Infiniti of Van Nuys and would personally recommend it. I always make appointment with Devin Da Graca who is just amazing. He is one of the best guys from Service department whom you can rely on for a better car service. Estimating the amount of time and work needed on my car, he also signed me in for a loaner car. Besides, I was also receiving periodic updates from him on the status of my car service. Very responsive and efficient at the same time. I have to state that he had always been professional in handling my situation and he truly cared. Took every note on additional details & request at the time of service and delivered it to perfection. Once again, I would personally like to thank Devin and team who worked on my car. I have always relied upon Rick Robinson as my service writer and sorely missed him when he took a hiatus from the dealership. So I was very pleased when I discovered him back at his job right after I bought my M 37. I have pretty much known all of the service writers who worked at the dealership over the years and I have found that except for one individual, all have been very attentive to my needs. Rick is my go to guy and he has never steered me wrong. More
