I didn't buy my car at this dealership, but needed my key fob fixed. Michael Escalera fixed my fob within 2 minutes of my walking in the door, and did it with a smile and a great helpful attitude. Next time I need my Infinity serviced, I'm going to think of Michael's helpfulness and want to come back to Infinity of Van Nuys. More
