I do not trust their service department My customer rep was fine. Other than that, it was another bad experience with this service department. This is the THIRD time I have driven away fro My customer rep was fine. Other than that, it was another bad experience with this service department. This is the THIRD time I have driven away from this dealership to discover the service light is still on for the problem I had taken my car there to fix. These guys tell you everything is wrong with your car and try to sell you fixes that would cost you more than it's worth. I have no trust in this dealership's service department, it really feels like they put their own profit over the customer's well-being every time. For example, they recommended a thousand dollar repair for something that an outside mechanic just told me will be fixed by an oil change. Now that I have other options, I won't be going there again. More

Service Disaster? Not at Miller Infinity! I had one! I am on my 3rd Infinity from Miller Infinity. Infinity makes amazing vehicles. Very intuitive! But, they have of great sales & service and I had one! I am on my 3rd Infinity from Miller Infinity. Infinity makes amazing vehicles. Very intuitive! But, they have of great sales & service and always been more than fair on trade ins and new car deals. Recently I ran into a service disaster. My Radiator ruptured and rendered my FX35 inoperable. I had it towed to Infinity of Van Nuys when I was introduced to Steven Chen, Service advisor. I was really in a pickle. I was on my way to pick up my son, ill at school when my car failed. Bu the time I got help and made to infinity, almost 3 hours had passed. Without delay, Steven had 1 loaner car left and was able to reschedule another client, knowing my son was waiting as school for so long and the stress I was under. The next day the radiator trouble was located. I was made aware that the Transmission oil also cools through this trans core radiator. Ir was detected that radiator fluid had contaminated the transmission fluid. So it wasn't a question of if, it was a question of when will my transmission fail? With Steven's influence, all party's agreed to replace my transmission by being proactive as to things to come. I was stunned when I saw the service record! 9200.00! The Transmission alone was 8K! I couldn't believe it. Steven said He did not want me coming back months from now when my warranty expired, knowing the the Transmission would fail at some future point. I was astounded. This is the greatest dealership I have ever worked with! From the first call, Service Sales, everything! I can't say enough about the quality of the dealership, Manufacturer and especially the great folks at Miller Infinity. They know about customer service and look for opportunities to do great things for their customers. Thank you all so much. Now I can't wait to come back to purchase my next Infinity!
