Totally dissatisfied. I was totally dissatisfied with my last few visits here at Infiniti of Van Nuys. They seem to be rushed for time and didn't have time to fully address I was totally dissatisfied with my last few visits here at Infiniti of Van Nuys. They seem to be rushed for time and didn't have time to fully address my concerns. Then when I returned I got the same results. Although I purchased my last 2 vehicles there. I'm close to 2 other Infiniti dealers, yet I chose Infiniti of Van Nuys. And I don't think I'll return at this point. More

Miss Devin and Steven Wow, so disappointed that Devin and Steven are no longer at the service center. They had a finesse that definitely want matched. Can't get a call back I've been trying for over 3 weeks to get a service appt. for a previously repaired issue. After multiple calls & texts I cannot get an appointment. This Service Department is Amazing!!!! We consistently have fantastic experiences with our he service department in this dealership- whether it be just an oil change or a bigger service. Adam (Service Dept) is the reason that we will definitely stick with Infiniti if and when we buy a new vehicle. I have had BMWs, Audis, VWs, Chevrolets and Fords and I have always dreaded dealing with their Service Departments and those other brands were ALWAYS unpleasant and difficult. Not Infiniti and certainly not this dealership- they are absolutely top notch. More
