First visit I was very pleased with the service prompt and knowledgeable agent explain to me the process of how they going to handle finding out my cars problem . My Waite time was about 4 hours so I was offered shuttle home and beck as a part of there taking care of customers, I was very happy with that because I reather spend that time at home relaxing. More

You are greeted when you arrive, your name is noted for your service advisor regardless if you have an appointment or not. My first service was handled by Adam and ever since I only request him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, funny and thorough. He explains what the service entails and provides a good estimate of the service length. I know he will communicate if there are any issues or changes to the service. He knows I work by LAX and will help coordinate a loaner vehicle so I can get to work while my car is being serviced. Ask for Adam Tran! More

Service with a smile After discovering that my CD changer stopped working, I called my service advisor, David Gonzales. We made an appointment, and David announced that After discovering that my CD changer stopped working, I called my service advisor, David Gonzales. We made an appointment, and David announced that my service warranty for my 2007 G35 was still in force, and was due to expire this July'17. Always looking out for his customers, I was advised to leave my car there, at the dealership, for a thorough inspection. After having the thorough inspection, I was advised that there were other problems that needed to be repaired, that I was unaware of. I was given a loaner, while my car was being inspected, and ultimately repaired. David went well beyond his normal responsibilities, and repaired everything, using the extended warranty. My car is now in perfect condition. This is not only a story about the efficiency of the car dealership, but about a service advisor (David Gonzales) who went the extra mile to satisfy one of his customers. More

I initially brought my car in for an oil change, but they did a comprehensive inspection and found that my break pads needed to be replaced. Ronald called me and gave me several options and when I decided to do the breaks on the same day, he gave me a good discount. He called me again when the car was ready, which was 20 minutes earlier than the time he promised. I enjoy bringing my car for service to the Infiniti of Van Nuys, as I always have great experience there. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting room is very comfortable with free coffee and freshly baked cookies. More
