Getting the Job Done It was an oil change and a noise issue. Saved transmission from the dead I have a 2011 Infiniti whose transmission fluid was contaminated. Ronald was responsive, patient and thorough in helping me through this near-death car crisis. In general, I'm not a fan of taking cars to the dealer, but in this case it was the best choice I could have made. More

Could be better I had an 8:15am appointment to review a whistle from my car. The service department has 'fixed' this whistle two times in the past. I brought the car in because the whistle was happening again... Both times it was fixed I got my car back the same day. On this day I didn't get a call until after 4 o'clock that my car was not going to be ready the same day. Totally fine if they needed parts, but I wish I would have known a lot earlier that my car would not be ready same day so I could better plan how to get home. More

Luis got the job done, but I had to ping him for updates when the deadline for when my car was supposed to be ready passed by for almost 30 minutes. I had to reschedule a meeting because in the end it was one hour late and I was not made aware of it. Also, there were some charges for the service that I wished would be there before I agreed to them. For example, I was not aware that asking the dealership to change my FOB key batteries would cost almost $30 total! I was never charged for that at Infiniti Beverly Hills and Santa Monica before More
