Bad service, bad customer service Put the car for recall service, per service person car would be ready in 4-5 hours, asked for loaner car and was refused, had my 5 and 6 years old kid Put the car for recall service, per service person car would be ready in 4-5 hours, asked for loaner car and was refused, had my 5 and 6 years old kids with me, so I asked for a curtesy ride 5 blocks away from the dealer and was refused saying they did not have car seats for the kids, had to walk in the warm weather for 20 minutes with small kids. Car dropped on 4/13/19 I didn’t hear from service until 4/24 that the cal is ready, More

My advisor was great, and the service manager gave me a huge discount because another dealer had essentially ri I was very pleased with my experience. The only problem: Infiniti of North America allows their franchises to abruptly close, which this time has resulted in Van Nuys being the only accessible dealer for a huge portion of Los Angeles, making it very hard to get an appointment and a loaner. Please, Infinity of North America, get these guys some help! More
