Constant Disregard And Ridiculous Service Quotes I wanted to make an appointment to have my low beam bulb replaces and the headlight cover as well. Since I've had this repair done previously before, I wanted to make an appointment to have my low beam bulb replaces and the headlight cover as well. Since I've had this repair done previously before, I already knew that this should cost about $250 for the bulb and about $40 for the cover. But I guess the associate, Rudy Ruiz figured he could just rip me off and I'd be okay with that. He told me that it wouldn't be possible to replace the bulb and cover and instead I would have to have an entire headlamp assembly installed which costs about $1200 per his quote. Upon getting this information, I wanted to call him to clarify that I only wanted the bulb and cover replaced. As of today, I have called 5 times and Mr. Ruiz has decided to not return my call despite my voicemails and messages left with the receptionist. As well, I asked for a quote on having my CD player replaced as the motor burned out and there is a CD stuck in the deck. I have had this happen twice before and I know that replacing this part requires a refurbished CD deck which costs about $700. Mr. Ruiz, however, wants me to believe that I can only replace the CD deck and AM/FM radio which would cost $2200 per his quote. Again, he did not return my calls after making multiple attempts over multiple days to speak with him so that I could clarify my requests and schedule service. Considering I live in the Van Nuys area, it is a huge inconvenience that I am not able to make service appointments without this unfair treatment and lack of customer support from an Infiniti dealership. During the years of my ownership I have always opted to have my vehicle serviced at Infiniti dealerships (Ardmore, PA; West Chester, PA; Newark, DE; Willow Grove, PA) and I have never had to endure this kind of treatment. I even took the liberty of contacting the service department to inquire about the pricing of these parts and was told that I could indeed order the basic parts (low beam bulb, headlamp cover, and CD disc changer) for the prices I expected. Considering this treatment, I will be looking into other service options in the area such as the Glendale and Beverly Hills locations despite in not being convenient at all considering where I reside and my work schedule. As well, this unacceptable experience may be the reason I do not choose to stay with Infiniti regarding my next vehicle purchase. More
Great salesman I took my Infiniti G35 in for repair, but it turned out it was just a dimmer switch that was off. I wound up leaving with a Q60 and was so glad!!!! More

Someone took my freakin tires and gave me some crappy used ones... pretty sad that they have service guys you can’t trust.. Second: took in a car from a customer of mine and i spoke to a very irresponsable service manager named rusty. 2 weeks to let me know they can’t open the hood and a week to let me know what the issue is and they wanted to charge me close to 600$ at first. After waiting and waiting he came back with a different estimate .. Worst service ever no thank you not again... More
