They lied and said my lease was up when doing a buyout now I'm under $16,000 for my 2022 Infinity Q55 Sensory of 21,000 miles. They gave me a paper stating the blue book value saying it could be traded fo now I'm under $16,000 for my 2022 Infinity Q55 Sensory of 21,000 miles. They gave me a paper stating the blue book value saying it could be traded for that amount, they lied. It wasn't $38,000 value it was $29,000. So now I'm stuck with this car which was only $550 car note to $800 Carnote with 798 credit score. They explained that it will not take my credit score down , and it went down to 757. They completely lied in my face and when I told a manager, the only thing said was, she'll talk to her employees in finance. I've been a customer over 7yrs and this how they treat people in Van Nuys. Never been late on a payment, never asked for an extension, they LITERALLY played me. My car when I purchased was $53,000 my new contract for the buyout went to $58,000. I'm literally starting over from scratch as if my 3yr payments was NOTHING. In this office, it isn't Black friendly at all, it's Bias and they did when they needed to do for me to be stuck. Always the go to for my car service I’ve been taking my car for almost five yrs and I have had the best service advisor Rudy Ruiz. He keeps my car up to date and if there’s ever a problem he has that to my car for almost five yrs and I have had the best service advisor Rudy Ruiz. He keeps my car up to date and if there’s ever a problem he has that to my knowledge so I am aware of it and I had a properly attention to my car needing a transmission repare and they were quick to tell me that I needed it replace and I was able to leave it and they provided me a loaner to continue my day to day to commute. I got my car back and it is better then ever. More

Honestly this place has the worst customer service, they are very unprofessional and don’t know how to use their common sense when doing their job. I have a complaint to make with regional manager or who ev are very unprofessional and don’t know how to use their common sense when doing their job. I have a complaint to make with regional manager or who ever is in charge of this location, I asked if they could install my sunroof glass and they quoted me a price and I agreed, yet they installed something incorrectly for trying to save time or for trying to cut out a step or simply because the master tech told the guy to not clean out of any of the glass that was left behind on the frame of the glass and just said to install it. Then when they return the car to me they left the sunroof stuck open and with glass all over the rails. Common sense they would just clean it out before installing it, because then after they tried charging me and extra 500 to try and fix the problem that they initially caused by not doing the job right. Saying that now they have to drop the whole headliner and everything all because of there ignorance. I am very upset because I went to the dealership to get something done right, when I could just installed it my self and done a way better job. Over all very unsatisfied with them because after all that I tried to come to an agreement with them but they were just being very ignorant and were accepting responsibility for there actions.
