And they're great with keeping you up to date on what's found and when the service will be finished. While my previous service consultant Resty who was great left Infiniti Van Nuys Steven Chen is my new Service consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable in his explanation of what needed to be done and had fair recommendations. Also I am assuming the service department has recently done a transition in management as the place now seems well run. Small example when Infiniti used to leave a small sticker on your front windshield to remind you of future service they would use a gas station reminder sticker they are now using one that says Infiniti---wise branding improvement. Overall Steven did a great job and overall improvement in service department is great to see! More

This is the THIRD time I have driven away from this dealership to discover the service light is still on for the problem I had taken my car there to fix. These guys tell you everything is wrong with your car and try to sell you fixes that would cost you more than it's worth. I have no trust in this dealership's service department, it really feels like they put their own profit over the customer's well-being every time. For example, they recommended a thousand dollar repair for something that an outside mechanic just told me will be fixed by an oil change. Now that I have other options, I won't be going there again. More
