My faith in this dealership & especially Rizzo's integrity/Customer Service is restored. Rizzo, made sure the process was hagle free, he met my pricing, he ensured the Finance office got me in/out within 20 min. He handled the detailing of my new Q50 and patiently walked through the features of my car even though it was close to closing time. Most importantly he remained accessible to me after hours for questions. I am not only happy with the entire experience beginning to end, I am impressed by Rizzo's advanced people skills and sales expertise.
