I brought the car in because the whistle was happening again... Both times it was fixed I got my car back the same day. On this day I didn't get a call until after 4 o'clock that my car was not going to be ready the same day. Totally fine if they needed parts, but I wish I would have known a lot earlier that my car would not be ready same day so I could better plan how to get home. More

Unfortunately, I couldn't say my experience was that good compared to what I got at Infiniti Beverly Hills and Infiniti Santa Monica before. Luis got the job done, but I had to ping him for updates when t compared to what I got at Infiniti Beverly Hills and Infiniti Santa Monica before. Luis got the job done, but I had to ping him for updates when the deadline for when my car was supposed to be ready passed by for almost 30 minutes. I had to reschedule a meeting because in the end it was one hour late and I was not made aware of it. Also, there were some charges for the service that I wished would be there before I agreed to them. For example, I was not aware that asking the dealership to change my FOB key batteries would cost almost $30 total! I was never charged for that at Infiniti Beverly Hills and Santa Monica before More

The only reason that the agency does not get 5 stars is the following: 1) The person assisting with pricing my trade in and the alternative pricing that I had from another Infiniti dealer had a struggled with math and brought me a couple of offers worse than the offer which I provided. 2) Once I was ready to buy and had all of my options is place. I told the loan processor that I was under a time constraint. The loan processor took nearly an hour to process my simple paperwork. He promised to have paperwork completed by 3:45 and 20 minutes later we were still there. Had he tried not to print out and force feed me a maintenance contract twice which I had told him that I did not want, he more likely would have been able to make my deadline. He was polite, professional, and I do not blame him for trying to make a sale, but was upset by his not listening. 2) I supposedly have 2 years of Sirius traffic and 3 months of Sirius radio? 3) I have something called "In Touch Services" which has never been explained to me either by pamphlet, CD, or website. 4) I was told that I would have one year of free oil changes, but there was no documentation, pamphlet or explanation how to access those oil changes. The entire agency including all of the people with whom I came into contact (including the loan processor) were very polite and professional. More

Recall for the car and muffler heat shield was broken When I made the appointment I requested for a loaner car. They said no problem I just have to make the appointment a week advance. They scheduled my appointment a week after so I can have a car to go back to work. When I got to my appointment they refused to give me a car because they said they didn't have any. I got very upset because I do auditing and I drive around and I asked to speak with the supervisor, They told me they couldn't do anything because they didn't see anything on the system about a loaning me a car. I told them who I spoke with and to get me to that person or the manager because I got very frustrated that they would lie to me. Infiniti is my 2nd car from that dealer and I never had any problems in the past. After going back to work they were nice enough to loan me a car and give me a free oil change for going thru the frustration. Customer service people were nice and happy. One thing I would recommend is to get more cars to loan people when they're dropping off for service. Lot of times parts are not available and it takes several days for us to get the car back. In L.A you need cars to get around, especially when working. Lot of us drive around for work we can't just use UBER or your transportation just get dropped off. More
