Getting the Job Done It was an oil change and a noise issue. On a test drive the mechanic found the noise and my car stayed for a week, The dealer provided a loner and rep It was an oil change and a noise issue. No follow ups I took my car for a simple oil change and my car was damaged front drivers side. Saved transmission from the dead I have a 2011 Infiniti whose transmission fluid was contaminated. The first mechanic told me the transmission had to be replaced, but Ronald and his t I have a 2011 Infiniti whose transmission fluid was contaminated. The first mechanic told me the transmission had to be replaced, but Ronald and his team were able to save it. Which is why I had it towed from WLA to Van Nuys..no joke. Ronald was responsive, patient and thorough in helping me through this near-death car crisis. In general, I'm not a fan of taking cars to the dealer, but in this case it was the best choice I could have made. More
