Not good at all Took my car in for maintenance, I got my car back and my garage clicker was missing and the gentleman told me they don’t touch personal belongings. This is ridiculous every visit over there is horrible not saying that everyone has bad customer service over there but the service department is just awful I hope this gets to someone to change things and help me get my clicker back. 1st time Since the Glendale Infiniti closed, I had to find a new place to service my car. Well Infiniti Van Nuys was the closest so I thought I’d try it first. Since the Glendale Infiniti closed, I had to find a new place to service my car. Well Infiniti Van Nuys was the closest so I thought I’d try it first. So far not very impressed. Glendale worked with their customers on labor and parts pricing as well as clarity of final pricing. I fell like I never got a full explanation of what was needed. It seemed as if everyone was too busy and just wanted to get me outta there. Also Glendale was very courteous on allowing me a courtesy vehicle to complete my daily errands, all while my car was being serviced. Even after an explanation of what I had to do, I was denied. A simple oil change turned into more work(which I was fine with) but I had stuff to do. I will try this place one more time. If after the next visit I am unsatisfied again. I’ll make the trip to Monrovia Infiniti. I was treated great there on my first visit, and probably the closest I’ve felt to Glendale Infiniti. More
