No Loyalty for repeat customers I'm repeat customer my lease was up on 3.25.2020, so i decided to call up Sean Safian, who had been harassing me with phone calls e-mails to come dow I'm repeat customer my lease was up on 3.25.2020, so i decided to call up Sean Safian, who had been harassing me with phone calls e-mails to come down to office. I had just had two surgeries i'm recovering from so i decided to give Sean call let him know i was coming down on 3.20.20 i'm in walking boot and on crutches so i can't walk the lot. I also so let Sean know that i really wanted Qx70 which he said they had none on the lot. Sean assured me i was going to get amazing deal. When I arrived i called Sean let him know that i had arrived he drives down brand new QX50 everything started off nice I test drove the car we then proceeded back to the lot and he took me where the other inventory was at. I looked at other Qx50 in different colors. Sean convinced me the one I test drove is the way to go and that he would take care of me with the window tinting for the driver and passenger car. When it was all said and done Sean felt the i got a good enough deal even thought the Finance manger told him he could take care of my windows they just could not put it on the contract. I could tell Sean still did not do want to stand by his word even though finance told him to do it. Sean and I are walking out the building he tells me i got good enough deal that all of sudden he could not take care of my windows. What he could do for me make appointment and i could go down take care of it myself. The problem i have with that i'm crutches i was repeat customer and i did not get treated like i was appreciated for leasing another infiniti. You would haggle over something you told me would cost only 50.00 because you did not like the deal i got. When i was negotiating my deal we could not come to common ground on amount that felt financially comfortable to me so i was willing to walk out the door and all of sudden they tell me they have a car on the lot Qx70 because we could not come to agreement on the qx50. I turned it down was willing to walk away. As i'm headed to the door the Sales Manager is yelling from his office telling me that i killing them right now with what i want. Eventually we agree on amount still was not what i want but cold live with. I had to ask Mark Francis to talk to me little sweeter than what he was dong because it was aggressive. I'm in room full of men trying to tell me I should be happy with what i received. My very first lease with this dealer ship back in 2016 was not the best experience i thought so i decided to give it try again. If i had known that i did not have to turn my lease back in to the same dealer ship that leased from i would never had return to Van Nuys. I did not feel like my business was appreciated since i was loyal customer and never been late on payment and had good credit. I would never recommend this dealer ship to anyone nor would i come back for service like i did with the last lease. I don't know if it was because i was women my overall experience was not good expect for the finance manager. When i told the finance manger that Sean promised to take care of my windows and arrange for them to come to my house to do the front to windows and tint. He told me no probable Sean is man of his word we will take care of you. I witness the Finance manager telling sean to do just that. Sean body language showed he did not but he said ok he would. But when we got outside and i transferring my personal belongings from the old leas to the new lease sean told me i got good deal and he could not do what he promised and the said it was not in hid budget. My issue is if it was not in his budget he would have never mentioned it from the start he is the one who said he could do the windows for me no problem now i'm sold on the idea. Van Nuys dealer ship has never shown me any loyalty. More
