We agreed on a price and I was out the door with tags and key in hand in 45 minutes. The “extra effort” after the sale closed to acquire the second key-fob from the previous owner was a sign of customer service from years ago. Being the owner of 2 other Mercedes I know the MB policy on reissuing the electronic keys to only registered owners, this saved me another $200.00 to replace/reprogram the second key-fob. Robert in service took care of the requested post delivery service items I requested professionally and as if he was buying the car for himself. More
