I was communicating with several Infiniti dealerships and I'm very happy that the one that stood out also happens to be in my hometown. The staff was friendly. My financing was a breeze-even when I was told by a used car dealership that my credit was questionable and said I would be approved but only at a rate of about 5-6 percentage poin when I was told by a used car dealership that my credit was questionable and said I would be approved but only at a rate of about 5-6 percentage points higher that what my rate was through Infiniti of Tampa. Great warranty 84mo 100,000 mile bumper to bumper for only an extra 1,000 (well worth it). Pricing was a little high but the car was a certified pre owned and has a great warranty through the manufacturer. All in all a good experience and would buy there again. Or refer a friend. More

It took us less than a week of back and forth communication to get what's best for me. Working with him was as easy as going through a drive through window. Order what you want, tell him what you have, and he'll serve you with a smile. He was prompt in answering my emails and phonecalls. There was no stupid question or offer. He'll frankly answer you with the best deal he has. He helped me find the ideal car for my budget and gave me the best price for the car I wanted. I don't live in Tampa. I had to drive an hour and a half to deal with his dealership. I contacted 4 infiniti dealers within Florida and only he was the one who was answering all my questions promptly and even giving follow up calls and emails to make sure that my needs were met. Other dealers only wanted to know how much I will give them and didn't really work for my needs. Once in the dealership, he was ready with my car. I spent about an hour only dealing with the financing details and then off with Aaron I went for my new car orientation. He explained everything that needs to be explained and assured me that I can contact him again if I had any more questions. While in the dealership, all the personnel were friendly and courteous. Maria was the money person and Bret the manager stopped by to say Hi. You feel welcome and important in the dealership. Beginning to end, working with Aaron and the dealership was flawless. Because a local dealer did not care to work with me, I contacted Infiniti of Tampa by email. Within one hour, i received a text. I asked for a certain type of car, and Aaron found it within a day. He gave me excellent value for my trade, reduced the price on the new vehicle and gave me an accurate estimate of my cost "out the door". He kept me informed when the car came in, when it was detailed, and when it was ready. He showed me the entire car front to back and answered my questions. Overall, Mr. Scheible displayed the finest work ethic and customer service i have ever seen in new car purchases. More
If you ever have the distinct pleasure of working with T’Lira at infiniti of Tampa you will not be disappointed; but I’m sure all of the staff there are just as friendly and amazing to work with. A wonderfully happy employee that for lack of better words never drops that ball; I was given constant updates on the progress of my vehicle. I had an issue with my dashboard bubbling; Infiniti was completely aware of the problem as it is common in the southern states, set up and appointment and changed it out with no questions asked, no cost to me, and no excuses. Taking this stance as opposed to finding loop holes in warranties or pushing the blame to you; went miles in my book. Having a car that not only you can stand behind but also a dealership that stands behind it as well, is pretty much unheard of unless you are willing to spend 80K plus on a car. Now to justify my score 5’s across the board as they are all well deserved please don’t take my word go see for yourselves, and the only 4 goes to price. Bottom line is you will always pay more at a dealership then a chain store down the street, but hey sometimes price is worth it. I’ll pay a little more everyday to leave knowing exactly what I will get and that no corners are being cut. This is now my second time taking my FX35 in for service and couldn’t be happier. I will continue to service my car at Infiniti of Tampa, and next time I’m in the market to purchase I’ll probably be shopping there as well!!! Josh-Tampa More
I was told that when we came down to Tampa Infiniti that I was told that when we came down to Tampa Infiniti that they were waiving the $600 fee for the trade of my BMW and I was buying a 2010 QX56.I was I was told that when we came down to Tampa Infiniti that they were waiving the $600 fee for the trade of my BMW and I was buying a 2010 QX56.I was told that by the sales manager and when we got they would take care of that. When my friend who bought my BMW got there, they didn't know anything about the conversation about the $600. We sat there and waited and waited, they were willing to let us leave because they made a mistake over $600. We were left to feel we couldn't afford the truck that I was buying I felt the same way as some of the other customers. I bought the QX56 but I think I should have left and went to Jacksonville Infiniti.They are very nice when it comes to customer service and I should have dealt with them. I will not buy from Tampa Infiniti ever again. I have to say Jason the salesman was very nice but anyone else put us through xxxx!!!!!! What was bad we had all of the money and certified checks to buy the vehicles. Sorry service , never again. More
