I initially made contact with Infiniti of Tampa via their Internet Sales Division - I wanted a new G25, but the price was a bit more then I wanted to afford. Actually I was kind of going between Lokey Infiniti and Tampa - trying to get the BEST possible deal. I finally gave up, believing I was destined for a Nissan. On the 2nd of Jan 2011, I sent one last offer to both Infiniti dealers - Alex came through with SHINING colors!! I didn't even hear back from the Lockey dealership until three days later. Alex delivered the vehicle, explained and demonstrated all of the accessories and provided the necesarry information in the event I had a problem. I have had to take my vehicle back due to issues that I see with some of the leather interior, however, I can say that Alex was as diligent and willing to help as he was BEFORE I made the purchase.
