The only complaint I have is, I walked into the dealership and there were quite a few sales people standing around the front desk talking the lady behind the desk acknowledged me. I proceeded to l dealership and there were quite a few sales people standing around the front desk talking the lady behind the desk acknowledged me. I proceeded to look at the car I was interested in for about 30 minutes, opening doors sitting in both front seats, looking at the sticker, walking around the car. I looked at the group of sales people around the front desk numerous times knowing they all knew I was in the showroom. After the 30 minutes I finally walked up to the desk and ask a question got an answer, and ask for a test drive. The response was "whos up next". Honestly I was beginning to wonder if anyone wanted my business. I will be clear, this is my only complaint. After I met Anton he did a great job of explaining the features of the car and we went for a test drive. I left the dealership with a new car. I also want to be clear, I don't like sales people that will not leave you alone, but someone should have acknowledged me before I had to initiate the conversation or at least introduced themself and let me know they were availabe if I had questions. Realizing he was in a competitive situation on a new car sale, Aaron was upfront with me about how the offer was structured and was willing to be competitive to get the deal done.
